Holiday apartment with its own terrace, a sea view, right on the coast, very close to the beach at Vale Centianes

This holiday apartment was renovated in 2013 and is on the first floor of the house. It is quietly situated outside of Carvoeiro, right by the coast, affording a unique view of the sea. It is just a few minutes’ walk to the fine sandy beach at Vale Centianes. Shops and restaurants are also within easy walking distance.

The apartment has its own furnished terrace with a sea view. There is also a barbecue, so you can grill in the evenings. Private parking spaces are available.

The 80m² apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed (140 x 190cm) and two single beds (90 x 190cm). The living room with modern furnishing provides a sitting area with a sofa and satellite TV, as well as a dining space for four people. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine, kettle and coffee machine. The apartment has two bathrooms with a shower or bath and toilets.

It is only about a three-minute walk to the small but lovely sandy beach at Vale Centianes. An elongated stone stairway leads down to the beach, which also has services. Within 100 metres you can find restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries.
Transfer can be ordered only from/to Faro airport.

    “Pas de surprise le logement était conforme à l'annonce par contre difficile d'accès à l'arrivée du fait qu'il n'y a pas de nom de rues. Il serait utile de mettre un panneau indiquant le nom de la résidence et les blocs. Julia n'a fait aucune difficulté pour venir à notre rencontre”

    “Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, man findet alles was man braucht. Es war sauber und ordentlich. Blick vom Balkon über die Steilküste zum Meer. Der Strand ist über einige Treppen in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es geht recht steil ins Meer (kräftige Wellen), was für Kleinkinder ungünstig sein könnte, uns hat es nicht gestört.Supermarkt und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Pool befindet sich auf deren Grundstück, ca. 400 m entfernt. Wir haben ihn nicht genutzt. Der Ortskern ist so 2-3 km entfernt. Eine schöne Wanderstrecke entlang der Steilküste. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert.”

    “Empfehlenswert (Meer- und Strandnähe, kleiner ruhiger Ort, schöne Wohnung),
    Aber nur fast perfekt: Schmaler Balkon, für 4 Personen etwas eng. Und
    bei offenen Fenstern nachts manchmal etwas Lärm durch abreisende Hotelgäste
    (Hotelparkplatz) oder Müllabfuhr.”

    “Sehr gute gehobene und gepflegte Ausstattung. Durch die zwei Bäder super für 2 Erwachsene und 2 "Heranwachsende". 2 Ventilatoren vor Ort, die man auch braucht, da keine Klimaanlage. Großer Balkon mit Grill und Aussicht aufs Meer. (Wenn man über die Müllcontainer hinwegsieht die allerdings nur stören, wenn nachts um 2 Uhr der LKW kommt um Flaschencontainer zu leeren.). Die Angaben "ca. 100m zum Strand" sollte angepasst werden. Ca. 100m zum Meer bzw. zu den 30m steilabfallenden Felsen wäre korrekt. Strand ist trotzdem nicht weit. ca 300m über Treppen erreichbar. Kleine Strandbar vor Ort. Ein kleiner Supermarkt mit angepassten Preisen ist zu Fuß in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Die Lage ist insgesamt sehr gut und ruhig. Der Pool ist ein ca. 250m entferntes Planschbecken, das evtl für kleine Kinder ganz nett sein kann und eher abseits liegt. Hatte uns aber nicht gestört, da wir ja zum Strandbaden da waren.”

    “L'appartement est très propre avec une situation au bord de la mer. La possibilité de piscine mais dans une autre propriété ce qui est peu commode. Mais la mer est à proximité. Le service de fourniture des draps est irréprochable. L'endroit est parfait pour les amoureux du soleil et des plages. Des balades extraordinaires sont à faire le long des falaises dans un cadre enchanteur.”
