Holiday apartment with its own terrace and a shared pool, near Aix-en-Provence

This holiday apartment is on the first floor of a private residential house. The ground floor is occupied by the owner. The house is on a 5000m² forested plot of land, about 2.5km from the village of Venelles with its shops. From the apartment you can enjoy an open view of the surrounding landscape.

The holiday apartment is like new and was renovated in 2013, providing 90m² of space for four to five people. It has a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a bedroom with a bunk bed for two people (each 90 x 190cm) and a single bed (90 x 190cm). A cot can also be provided. The bathroom has a shower. There is a separate toilet. The spacious living room provides a sitting area with a sofa, armchairs and a large flatscreen TV. The big kitchen, which has two steps connecting it to the living room, has a dining space and is fully equipped. All rooms have radiators.
The sunny terrace belonging to the apartment is furnished with a comfortable wicker seating group. The pool in the garden (5 x 10 metres) is shared with the house owner. The pool is heated from april. There is also a grill area. Children can play around in the big garden, play football, hop on the trampoline or play on the swing. There are two parking spaces in front of the house.

Free wireless Internet access is available in the apartment.

The nearest supermarket is two kilometres away. You can visit regional markets nearby or the famous “Art Lyrique” festival in Aix-en-Provence ten kilometres away.

    “Schöne Wohnung im 1. Stock. Die Ausstattung war genau wie angegeben und es war von der Lage her ein schöner Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen der Provence. Die Vermieter (wohnen im Erdgeschoss) waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend und haben bei Fragen gerne weitergeholfen. Den tollen Pool haben die Kinder (und wir) geliebt!”
