Detached house with a private courtyard and a furnished terrace, just 500 metres from the sea
The detached house lies on a road on the outskirts of La Caletta, a district of the municipality of Siniscola, just 500 metres from the beach.
The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed and an additional pull-out bed. The living room is furnished with a table, chairs and a sofa bed for two people. There are also a kitchen-diner and a bathroom with a shower. The house can accommodate up to six people and has all the necessary amenities for your comfort: air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living room, a television, washing machine, dishwasher and electric oven.
Outside there is a courtyard with a barbecue, outdoor shower and parking space, for the exclusive use of guests. In front of the house there is a terrace, furnished with a table, chairs and a parasol, so guests can enjoy meals outdoors.
Pets are allowed. The house is only available to let in the summer months.
In the immediate vicinity one can find all essential services: a grocery shop, bar, restaurant, petrol station, bus stop, post office etc.
