Villa with a roofed terrace, garden and pool with whirlpool function
The villa is in the picturesque Pavićine on the east coast of Istria in Croatia. Relax in the house or explore the whole region with its vineyards and olive groves.
Particular attention was paid to the interior decor of the house, with many details and works of art. It can accommodate six people and has three bedrooms, with two double beds or two single beds and wardrobes. The spacious living room provides a sofa suite, satellite TV, a DVD player and a fireplace. It directly adjoins the open kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen unit is fully equipped, with a stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee machine. Here there is also a large dining table with chairs. The two bathrooms have a bath and shower respectively. Wireless Internet access and air conditioning are available in the living room.
The 2000m² fenced garden with olive trees and a pool provides ample space, with whirlpool jets for relaxing and playing with the children. Here there are also sun loungers. You can enjoy meals together on the roofed terrace with a table and chairs and a grill. Parking spaces are provided.
The beach is two kilometres away and the surrounding towns of Pula, Rovinj, Pazin or other destinations in Istria are worth a visit.
