Child-friendly ground-floor apartment and a cosy attic apartment by the Ems estuary

This is a holiday house on a fenced site with two holiday apartments, one on the ground floor, below the second one. The house has a terrace with a green garden and a parking space on site. Your accommodation is on a traffic-free road in a residential district on the outskirts, just four houses from the river Ems. The locality is by the Ems estuary into the North Sea, on the other side of the river, to the south of Emden.

The ground-floor apartment has a fenced garden outside, while the attic apartment features a balcony and a lawn area on site.

The ground-floor apartment can welcome up to five people within 65m² of living space and has two double bedrooms and another bed in the living room. The attic apartment above it is for up to three people and measures 45m², with a double bedroom and a bed in the living room.

The locality with shops, a mill and a little harbour is just 200 metres away. The Ems estuary into the Dorlart is 4km away, where you can swim depending on the tide- There are boats or catamarans straight to Borkum from the fishing harbour in Ditzum during the summer months, a wonderful day trip. You do not need a car, just walk to the harbour, climb aboard and off you go. There is also a little ferry several times a day with crossings to Emden.

Child-friendly holiday apartment with a terrace and a garden, for a family holiday with pets

The apartment provides 65m² of living space and has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 x 200cm, two single mattresses), the other with two single beds (90 x 200cm) by the walls (providing space in the middle for children to play), as well as a living room with a comfortable pull-out sofa bed (120 x 200cm), a separate kitchen and a bathroom with a bath. The living room also has satellite TV for entertainment in the evening and a dining space with a dining table and four chairs for meals together. A little kitchen enables self-catering with a four-ring electric hob, a mini oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a microwave, coffee machine and toaster. The bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, a WC and a washbasin.

The living room has a door opening onto the terrace with garden furniture, a parasol and a grill. There is a parking space on the fenced site. The holiday apartment is especially suitable for families with children and pets, as the site is fenced and the road has little traffic. You can enjoy the sun while the children play nearby.

The modern holiday apartment was newly renovated in 2018 and welcomes you with a maritime ambience. It comprises 65m² of living space with two bedrooms, a living room, a separate kitchen and a daylight bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed with two single mattresses. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200cm), a wardrobe and a stable folding bed (90 x 200cm). This furniture was also set up in February 2018. The cosy living room offers a fold-out sofa that can be used as a bed (120 x 200cm) for a fifth guest. Satellite TV invites you to enjoy evening entertainment. The living room includes a dining space with a dining table and five chairs for meals together. A new kitchen unit enables self-catering with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and dishwasher. The newly renovated bathroom with underfloor heating provides a walk-in shower, washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall-mounted toilet, as well as a towel radiator.

    Nur der Ort Ditzum ist für Hunde nicht geeignet, da der Hund immer angeleint und am Deich gar nicht sein darf.”

    “Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen direkt am Deich und in direkter Nähe zum Hafen.
    Die Wohnung ist für die Größe schön geräumig und gepflegt.
    Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt.
    Das Bad ist neu renoviert und schön eingerichtet.
    Man hat die Möglichkeit sein Auto auf dem Grundstück zu parken.
    Der Garten ist so eingezäunt, dass auch ein kleiner Hund nicht entwischen kann.
    Wir waren mit drei Hunden angereist und haben eine schöne und empfehlenswerte
    Unterkunft angetroffen, die durch ihre Böden auch leicht zu reinigen war.
    Auch die Hausverwalter waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
    Die Wohnung können wir nur empfehlen......”
