This quietly located property amidst a beautiful landscape, with its two studios and an apartment, awaits you at the heart of the popular hiking area of the Estérel mountains, just 20 minutes from the vibrant beaches of Cannes and Fréjus. The accommodation is an ideal starting point for exploring the Cote d’Azur.

The accommodation was refurbished in 2012 and all of them provide air conditioning, an LCD flatscreen TV and free Internet access both indoors and in the outdoor area.

Each unit has its own terrace with comfortable terrace furniture, inviting you to have breakfast outdoors in the morning. The well-tended garden has a shared pool with a sun terrace, surrounded by loungers. The decagonal pool is 1.3 metres deep and has a diameter of 6 metres. It has a ladder leading into it. An enclosed parking area is available.

There is a washing machine for the shared use of all guests (payable). Note that the accommodation is non-smoking. Pets are allowed on request. Bed linen, hand towels and toiletries can be provided optionally on request and at a supplementary charge. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly. A supplementary bed or a toddler bed for children under three years old can be provided on request.

There are shops and restaurants within a radius of five kilometres. The accommodation is in a rural location and so is ideal for a relaxing holiday. Even so, it is only a fifteen-minute drive to the beaches in Cannes or Fréjus, or to the Estérel bays. Nature lovers can go hiking or mountain biking in the nature-protected Estérel mountains. It is a five-minute drive to the Saint-Cassien Lake, which is very popular among water sports and fishing enthusiasts.

The 28m² studio is on the ground floor and is completely independent. It has a comfortable bed (160 cm) for two people, a cupboard and a dining space with a folding table and chairs. The kitchenette has a fridge-freezer, a microwave with a grill, two cooking rings, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine. The bathroom provides a bath, a toilet and a towel radiator.

    “Sehr schöne Wohnung (top ausgestattet, modern, sauber) in den Bergen. Für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend, schöner Pool, schöner Blick. Sehr freundliche Vermieter (wohnen auf dem Gelände).
    Sehr ruhig, aber ein Auto ist zwingend notwendig! Ca. 15 Min. vom nächsten Supermarkt und Strand entfernt.”

    “Wunderschöne Aussicht und tolle, sehr ruhig gelegene Lage. Für vier Personen schön groß, Sauberkeit in Ordnung.
    Ausstattung zum Kochen hätte etwas besser sein können, aber hat ausgereicht. Pool und Terrasse sehr schön.
    Für Familien mit Kindern ist die Ferienwohnung sehr gut geeignet - sehr geräumig und außen ebenfalls sehr viel Platz. Preisleistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Vermieter sind sehr nett.”
