This comfortable holiday home with swimming pool is positioned in a nice location in the town of Split. One of the most beautiful town beaches Trstenik is situated two minutes of walk away. On the ground floor there is a room with fitness equipment, bathtub with massage system and nicely furnished Dalmatian tavern, which is available for use by prior agreement with the house owner. The furnishings are functional and suitable for pleasant family holiday. The house owner lives in an identical house on the plot. On the pretty terrace with swimming pool you can sunbathe and relax, even though you are in the centre of town. In the evenings, you can take a stroll along the beaches which are connected by a long promenade leading to the most famous beach Bacvice, where the night life takes place. Nearby, there is the UNESCO protected monument – the Palace of Diocletian as well as numerous shops and restaurants.
