Exclusive Apartment in Wilhelmsfehn with Private Parking and Garden View

This holiday apartment is on the first floor of a well-maintained house in quiet surroundings. The house is a little outside of the town of Wiesmoor, right by a canal.

The site with its own park (ca. 20,000m²) provides plenty of space to relax with two garden pavilions, garden loungers, several benches, a lawn, water features and a bordering a deer enclosure. Bicycles can be hired right by the house.

The apartment is set up for two people. It has a bedroom with a big double bed (180 x 200cm) in a white country house style. The all-round peace and quiet is ideal for couples in love. The apartment measures over 70m² and has a light, modern kitchen with a full inventory, such as a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, fridge and crockery. You can sit comfortably in the living room on the leather suite and there is direct access to the balcony with a view of the pond. A telephone, digital satellite TV (flatscreen) and wireless Internet access (2 GB free) are standard at the apartment. The bathroom is fitted with two washbasins, a shower and a WC. The apartment also has a free safe.

It is about two kilometres to the Ottermeer (swimming lake with a sandy beach, pedalos, hiking paths etc.) Various shopping facilities, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants and supermarkets are a couple of minutes away by car. It is about 600 metres to a bakery and a butcher. There is a little grocery shop a few minutes away by bicycle.

    “Ich war schon einmal vor Jahren Gast bei Fam. Post und war gespannt, ob sie das hohe Nivau über die Jahre halten konnten. Oft kann man ja auch Überraschungen erleben. Hier nicht, im Gegenteil, hier werde ich mit Sicherheit immer wieder gerne Gast sein. Positiv: Das sehr freundliche und liebenswerte Vermieter-Ehepaar Post betreibt mit Leidenschaft für den Urlauber diese Ferienwohnungen. Die aussergwöhnliche ruhige Lage, war so wie ich sie mir gewünscht habe. Die Unterkunft ist von bestechender Sauberkeit und Ausstattung. Negativ: Hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.”

    “Wir kommen nun schon 6 Jahre zu den Vermietern und fühlen uns immer noch sehr wohl. Alles entspricht unseren Vorstellungen. Hier haben wir das was wir suchen, Entspannung, Erholung und die Möglichkeit uns sportlich mit dem Fahrrad zu betätigen. Wenn auch etwas außerhalb vom Centrum Wiesmoor, so sind die Möglichkeiten, Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs zu kaufen, selbst mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen.”
