Carefully renovated, elegant attic apartment with a long balcony, near the Ligurian coast

This first-class, new attic apartment awaits you on the Ligurian coast, in the centre of Casarza Ligure.

The balcony stretches across the whole length of the front of the apartment. It can be used for enjoying meals outdoors, owing to its size of 8.50 x 2m.

The attic apartment is on the fourth floor of a building from the 1970s. There is not lift. The apartment has been completely refurbished. It comprises a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, and a bedroom with a double bed and possible supplementary beds for a total of up to four people. Internet access (Wlan) is free up to a data volume of 25 GB per week. Anything beyond that quota must be paid for by the customer.

Owing to the central location of the apartment, all services such as the post office, bank, pharmacy and shops are just a few minutes‘ walk away.

The wonderful Ligurian coast at Riva Trigoso is just 3.5km away, and Sestri Levante is also just 5km away, just five minutes by car or by bus. For cyclists there is also a local cycle path.

If you would like to explore inland Liguria instead, you can go on a variety of tours. Casarza Ligure itself is an interesting place, or you can visit the medieval Varese Ligure and the Vara Valley. The Graveglia Valley with the Gambatesa mines and as far as Val d’Aveto provides a wide array of hiking options, with impressive sights along the way. Not least, there are also the famous Tuscan cities such as Pisa, Florence and Lucca, which can be visited easily on a day trip by train.

A private parking space is provided in front of the main entrance to the building, and there are also other free public parking spaces nearby.

    “Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt, die Wohnung ist neu und top ausgestattet (alle Verbrauchsmittel inkl. = Klopapier, Waschmittel etc.). Es ist alles sehr solide und es macht Freude, sich hier aufzuhalten.

    Der Aufstieg in die vierte Etage lohnt sich, weil man anschließend auf dem Dachbalkon über den Dächern von Casarze Ligure auf die Berge der Umgebung schaut. Weil über die ganze große Fläche eine Markise angebracht ist, kann man sich fast den ganzen Tag darauf aufhalten. Selbst im Juli!

    Wir wollten keinen reinen Strandurlaub machen, daher war diese Wohnung unsere Basis, um verschiedene Ausflüge zu machen (Florenz, Lucca, Cinque Terre etc.) und wir kamen gerne wieder "nach Hause" zurück. Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr herzlich betreut, gab uns nützliche Tipps (tolles Fischrestaurant etc.) und war bei Fragen immer unkompliziert erreichbar.

    Unser Urlaub war ein voller Erfolg, auch weil die Wohnung üppig, modern und großzügig ausstattet ist (Parkplatz, WLAN zum Mitnehmen, Waschmaschine und viele, viele andere Kleinigkeiten...). Wir kommen gerne wieder!”

    “Die Wohnung im 4. Stock ist sauber, neu und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sie entspricht den Fotos in der Anzeige. Alle Fenster führen zur großen Dachterrasse, die vom Vormittag bis zum frühen Abend Sonne hat (Mai, Juni). Direkt gegenüber steht ein etwa gleichgroßes Haus.

    Die Wohnung ist mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen, da sie sehr verkehrsgünstig liegt.”
