Holiday Apartment in Poljane with Free Parking

This holiday apartment with a terrace is on the ground floor of the residential house of the owner, who has a little farm. The surroundings are quiet and ideal for walking or cycling, as the Učka nature reserve starts nearby.

In summer you can spend a lot of time outside on the big, roofed terrace, which provides a table and benches, as well as a barbecue and oven for baking bread. Free parking spaces are available.

The 100m² renovated apartment is partially air-conditionable and is ideal for five adults or four adults and two children. It has two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds, and a third room with a bed which is 120cm wide and is suitable for one adult or two children. A supplementary bed for a further child is available on request. The main bedroom has access to the balcony and has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower that is suitable for the disabled. There is also a second bathroom. The living room-kitchen has a dining space and a TV.

In summer you can swim or sunbathe at the nearby Icici beach, which is a ten-minute drive away. The nearby Učka nature reserve has plenty to offer nature friends, such as hiking, cycling, birdwatching or paragliding. Despite the proximity to nature, Rijeka and Opatija with events and concerts are not far away and within easy access by car. They are suitable for day trips.

The owner has a little farm with two horses, few mini goats and hens. Olives are cultivated on site and he produces fresh products such as native olive oil and goat’s cheese. Breakfast and dinner are available on request, prepared with fresh, regional ingredients.
