Quietly located, romantic tower with a shared pool, in the hills above the Lago di Montedoglio
The centuries-old tower is a romantic retreat for people who like unusual and special experiences on holiday. It is part of a remarkable medieval castle and is embedded in the Tuscan hills, looking over Lago di Montedoglio. It is a quiet location, but which is not far from international airports and famous Tuscan cities.
The 40m² three-storey holiday house was renovated in 2005 and can accommodate three people. On the ground floor there is the dining area and the kitchen, fully equipped with a stove, fridge and dishwasher. On the first floor there is the living room with its two comfortable sofas. One of the sofas can be used as a sofa bed. The bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, which has a shower and a toilet, is located on the second floor. The beautiful details of the house include the exposed beams and the original, preserved stone floor.
In the outdoor area in front of the tower, garden furniture is available for guests, of which use is shared by the owners. During the summer season, guests can also use the shared pool. Two parking spaces are provided.
A holiday in the fortified town of Sansepolcro with its museums, bars and numerous restaurants promises relaxation and culture. Famous cities such as Florence, Siena or Arezzo are also nearby, so that culture and art enthusiasts will have a lot to explore. Shops are located ten kilometres away.
