Penthouse apartment with a large terrace, in a central location

The penthouse is at the heart of the business district of new Belgrade, just a 2 to 3-minute walk from the Kombank Arena. It is in the attic of the building with a lift.

The apartment has an “Easy Entry” electronic door opening system. To open the door you will need a mobile phone with a valid number (no additional charges).

The completely newly converted penthouse apartment (105m² incl. 40m² terrace) offers a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The charmingly furnished living room has a large sofa bed and a coffee table. A flatscreen TV with cable channels, wireless Internet access and various books provide entertainment. There is a separate sleeping area with a double bed (160 x 200cm) ensures a comfortable night’s sleep. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and all the necessary crockery and cutlery. The bathroom with a shower and the kitchen are each fitted with continuous flow water heaters.

In the area there are many shops, restaurants and cafés. There are local public transport connections to the town centre of Belgrade in just 10 minutes.

The beautiful view and the large terrace ensure that you can relax when you come back home.

    “Sehr geräumig, große Terrasse. Ständiges Warmwasser. Türöffnung mit dem Mobiltelefon ist total super! Die Gastgeberin war recht freundlich und höflich. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist mit vielen Gastronomien umgeben. Die perfekte Preisleistungsverhältnis!”

    “We were for busines proposal in Belgrade. Perfect location only 10 min from down town. Keyless Door opening system is absolutly unique. I have never seen something simmilar. Lovely decorated place. Comming shurly next time!”
