The white villa newly built in 2013 is noticeable within Göhren: no wooden balconies in front, no embellishments, straight lines – this villa interprets traditional seaside architecture in a contemporary style.
The two-room holiday apartment with charming and high-quality furnishing is on the ground floor and provides around 50m² of living space. The apartment has a living room with a sofa bed (210 x 200cm) and a separate bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm), with darkening blinds ensuring a good night’s sleep. The kitchen is fully-equipped, with a dishwasher, a stove, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery. The bathroom has a glass shower cubicle, a hairdryer and a mirror. This apartment is tiled throughout and is fitted with under-floor heating. The non-smoking apartment has an antiallergenic interior and is ideal for two to three people. Pets are not allowed.
The day can get off to a good start with breakfast in the morning sun on the partially covered terrace facing south- southeast. There is a lift from the garage parking space no. II to the apartment. There is also a shared bicycle storage room, as well as a room with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.
The apartment is just a stone’s throw from the main road with its many shops and the Heimatmuseum. The baker is 50 metres away, the supermarket about 200 metres, and there are also other shops and gastronomic establishments in the vicinity. It is just a few minutes to the two beaches. If you would like to experience nature, you do not have to go far from Villa Antje. Go along the Nordperd, a beautiful path through the forests, with a great view of the deep blue Baltic Sea.
