The holiday apartment is located in a privileged position, a few meters from the historic center of Bastia Umbra, 4 km from Assisi, a Franciscan place par excellence and a stone's throw from the exit of the state road 75 - Bastia Umbra Fiere. The Rocca apartment, elegantly furnished with all the necessary comforts, enjoys a privileged position for visiting the historical and artistic monuments of all of Umbria. The apartment is located on the first floor of an elegant building renovated in 2009 and consists of a living room with fully equipped kitchen with fridge, electric oven, table with chairs and cooking utensils, and double sofa bed, a hallway with washing machine for the exclusive use of guests, bathroom with shower, sink and bidet, 1 bedroom with double bed and large French window that overlooks a terrace of 40 square meters.
