With its own swimming pool to cool off on hot summer days and a fishing lake, this attractively restored farmhouse beckons. The cottage is located between the old towns of Ste. Foy-la-Grande and Bergerac. The bright interior of the house, furnished mainly with country antiques, is attractive and homely. The living area of the house is 120 m² and offers enough space for 5 people.
There are several options for entertainment in the nearby area: three recreational lakes, a golf course and wine tastings are available in the region between Bergerac and St. Émilion.

    “Das Haus ist prima ausgestattet. Es fehlt kaum etwas. Es war seinem Alter entsprechend sauber und recht gut in Schuss. Es hat insgesamt einen recht musealen Charakter und die alten Betten bieten nicht gerade hohen Schlafkomfort. Aber wir konnten aufgrund des Gesamtanwesens gut und gerne darüber hinweg sehen. Wir waren wirklich alleine für uns mit Pool und Angelseen - einfach toll!”

Sie berichteten uns, dass sie das älteste Bett (120 cm Bett für eine Person) gegen ein brandneues ausgetauscht hatten. Für die anderen beiden sind die Matratzen nicht alt, und ihr Unbequemlichkeit für einige mag vielleicht darauf zurückzuführen sein, dass sie hart sind; nicht jeder mag die gleiche
    Matratzenhärte. Sie freuen sich, dass Sie unter anderem die Außenanlagen genossen haben, und hoffen, Sie eines Tages wieder begrüßen zu können”
