There is plenty of space for children to play in the garden, while the fenced outdoor swimming pool is a sure attraction. Relax on the south-facing covered terrace or enjoy a barbecue in beautiful surroundings. Mussidan, with its bustling Saturday market, is just a 10 minute drive, whilst Bergerac, with its lovely medieval town centre, is a 20 minute drive. Ideally located within reach of some of Europe's best vineyards, châteaux as well as several lakes with sandy beaches and windsurfing about half an hour away.
