Holiday apartments near the beach with a wonderful view

The residential house is in the little village of Kali in quiet surroundings, only 100 metres from the beach, with access via a private road.

Three of the four holiday apartments are on the first floor, the fourth is on the ground floor on which the owner lives. They each have a separate entrance and afford a wonderful view of the sea, the town of Zadar with the canal, the inland mountains and the village of Kali. The barbecue in the courtyard can be used by guests at any time. There is plenty of parking space available.

The nearest beach and supermarkets and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The town of Zadar can be accessed by ferry in 30 minutes. The harbour is in Preko a kilometre away.

Holiday apartment with a balcony

The apartment can accommodate up to four people. It has two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds respectively. The living room-kitchen provides a dining table with chairs and a TV with satellite reception. The kitchen unit is well-equipped with a hob, fridge and microwave. The bathroom has a shower. Air conditioning is available.

You can enjoy a wonderful view from the balcony with garden furniture and a parasol.

    “No organizational problems, even with a small language barrier. The host was very friendly and helpful. The Apartment was in great condition and left no room for complaints. The balcony was the perfect place to be, especially in the evening with a great view of the little town and the sea. A private road leads down to the sea, which is close to the Apartment. Bicycles were available for rent, but we used our car to explore the Island. Every Location we went to, had its own charm and flair. All shops were easy to reach either by foot or by car. We spent a whole week on the Island and we were very sad to leave because it was such a beautiful place to be. Positiv: the host was very friendly, helpful and you had a very good feeling. she always made time for questions and was very accommodating.”

    “Die lage ist gut ,man hat ein prima blick über den Hafen nach Zadar rüber . Leider muss man gut zu fuss sein der Weg ist steil. Wenn man zum Hafen oder Restaurant will der weg ist steil.Einkaufs Möglichkeit gibt es ca. 500 Meter entfernt an der Haupt Strasse .”

    “Das Haus ist sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Der Balkon bietet einen herrlichen Ausblick aufs Meer. Klimanlage ist in der Küche bzw. im großen Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Bei der Hitze im Sommer mehr als angebracht. Das Haus liegt an einer Hauptstraße, ist aber nur nachts bei geöffnetem Fenster etwas lauter.(Hat aber keinen von uns gestört).
    Die Küchenzeile ist klein, für unsere Ansprüche aber völlig ausreichend. Die Vermieter, die im Untergeschoss wohnen, sind jederzeit ansprechbar, lassen einen aber komplett in Ruhe, wenn man nix sagt. Wir sind eine Familie mit 2 Kindern, welche ein kleines Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten zum Schlafen hatten. Parkplatz vorm Haus ist vorhanden. Rundum eine tolle Wohnung, alles da, was man braucht, sogar deutsches TV.
    Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren, Empfehlung kann klar gegeben werden!”

    “Für eine vierköpfige Familie ist die Wohnung ausreichend und gut ausgestattet.
    Die Hauptstraße oberhalb der Wohnung ist nur wenig störend.
    Der recht steile Anstieg von der Küstenstraße zur Wohnung ist etwas anstrengend, aber verkürzt die Wegstrecke enorm, zumal an der Hauptstraße nicht durchgehend ein Gehweg vorhanden ist.
    Die Vermieterfamilie ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich sofort um evtl. Probleme. Englischkenntnisse sind hier von Vorteil, da kein deutsch gesprochen wird.”
