Beautiful wooden holiday house near the lake, Federsee, with its own pool, sauna, pool table etc.
The house is located in a small hamlet with 7 houses and 11 inhabitants in the middle of the garden.
The house is in a secluded location in a little hamlet with just five houses.
The whole living space is open, with only the bathroom and the bedroom having doors. The living room comprises a kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker) with a big dining table (8 people) and a TV corner with a pull-out sofa. The bedroom provides a double bed and there are mattresses up on the gallery. Up to eight people can be accommodated. The bathroom has a shower. There are also a pool table and table football.
Outside there are a roofed terrace and a big, open terrace with garden furniture. The private swimming pool is 15 metres above the lawn in an annex. The property is not open to public view, therefore absolutely suitable for nudists.
The surroundings are ideal for hiking and cycle tours. It is 500 metres to the forest. There are shopping facilities and restaurants from around 5km away. There is a lot to see in the area, such as castles, caves, museums etc. It is 70km to Lake Constance.
