Set within a secure estate, just 1km from St Remy de Provence, this semi-detached villa is a wonderful choice for a relaxing holiday in Provence. The two-storey holiday home boasts a modern and cosy living and dining area, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. The decor is simple, modern and comfortable, with a neutral colour scheme complimented by splashes of colour. Outside, you will benefit from a terrace and a swimming pool.

Be sure to stroll through the charming village of Saint Remy de Provence and stock up on some local specialities to enjoy on the comfort of your terrace. The village is rich in history and home to the archaeological site of Glanum, which is a former Roman settlement. The historic centre is bursting with activity, with a wonderful selection of art galleries, boutiques, cafes and restaurants found here. Whether you wish to brush up on your history or simply while away the hours in a local cafe, it offers plenty to do.

You may also wish to visit nearby historic sites such as the Pont du Gard or the enchanting town of Nimes. The cities of Aix-en-Provence and Avignon are well worth a visit, as are the pretty beaches in Saintes-Marie-de-la-Mer and the beautiful Camargue, which is an hour's drive away

    “Lage ist gut, sehr ruhig, gesichert durch Umzäunung, fußläufig nach St. Remy am wunderschönen Kanal.
    Einrichtung ist in Ordnung, Betten müssten ausgetauscht werden, da sie bei jeder Bewegung quietschen. In der Küche genug Stauraum, einige Teller könnten ausgetauscht werden.
    Im Sommer vermutlich angenehm durch genügend Bäume schattig, jetzt im Oktober mussten wir "wandern", um die Sonne zu genießen. Strauchrückschnitt könnte sinnvoll sein.”

    “Het vakantiehuis heeft een zeer goede ligging en is gelegen in een beveiligd complex.

    Een mooi huisje met alles wat je nodig hebt. Voldoende ruimte en goede kamers. Airco zou het perfect gemaakt hebben.

    Prima zwembad, alles goed onderhouden.”
