Location
"Miquel Tomas" is ideally located just outside Cas Concos, off an unmade country lane affording a totally quiet and private location. This delightful home is very family orientated. Here you can watch horses and sheep in the almond groves adding an extra interest for children whilst enjoying the beautiful Mallorcan countryside. The views are exceptional, across verdant pastures, Olive and Almond groves to Pine clad hillsides.

From the rear covered dining terrace a few steps leading down to the Mediterranean garden and to the gated swimming pool, (7,5m x 3,5m, depth min. 1m, max. 2m) completely fenced all around and with Roman steps at the shallow end. Comfortably furnished sun terrace with sun beds that invites us to sunbathe and relax surrounded by wonderful views and for your added convenience there is a poolside shower. There is also and a brick built BBQ and an outside toilet.
Mature gardens with citrus trees, colourful scented shrubs and a small grassed area for children to play on.
The farmhouse
Beautifully presented with high standard furnishings, fittings and with air-conditioning in all bedrooms. On entering from the front covered porch, there is an arched entrance into the hallway leading to the spacious living/dining room with comfy sofas, Satellite TV, DVD, feature fireplace, separate dining area and doorway to the rear covered dining terrace. From the well fitted kitchen there is a side door that lead us to a delightful patio. On the ground floor the house boast two double bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes, fine views and adjacent family bathroom.
Stairs lead up to the landing area and onto the double bedroom with twin beds private sun terrace with truly amazing views towards Cas Concos. A double bedroom with antique furniture, a single bedroom and a full family bathroom.
The first cot and highchair are included in the price.
Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas).
