“Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Pool am Haus und trotzdem einen direkten Zugang zum Meer. Die Einrichtung im Haus sehr gut. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist das die Dusche und Bad wieder etwas Erneuert werden sollte. Es geht zwar alles, jedoch hat der Gebrauch und die Korrosion seine Spuren hinterlassen.
In der Küche ist reichlich Geschirr vorhanden. Eine oder zwei neue Bratpfannen wären jedoch wieder fällig.”

“We had a lovely week at this house, the position was lovely and the furnishing and environment pleasant. The house is exactly as pictured, although some aspects are getting tired and it is in need of a refresh.

The beds are very comfortable, the furniture is pleasant and the space is nice. TV channels are entirely German, so if you are English be prepared for no TV. The wifi worked really well and was easy to connect to.

We booked the house with a two year old and would be very wary of doing so again. It is not ideal for young children. One thing we found very odd (had we known we would not have booked) is that each of the bedrooms has a door to the outside (ground floor) that cannot be locked from the inside. The door can be opened very simply from the inside, just by turning the door handle. There is no handle on the door from the outside, so it is safe from the outside but simple to get out from the inside. We had a two year old and were very worried that he could open the door and get outside. This is particularly concerning because the pool area has no gates between it and the house so a toddler could let themselves out of a bedroom, walk to the pool and fall or jump in. We got over this by barricading each door with luggage and furniture.

There are adequate facilities in the house, but the shower in the bathroom requires a new tap, you cannot change between the shower and the bath tap, so it's a constant shower with a little flow from the bath tap.

We found the booking experience odd and would be wary of it again. We booked though TUI Villas, but once the booking is made, you deal with a company called Atraveo, then closer to the booking, we were passed to a local company called Planet Villas (who were very good!). I was a little annoyed that we were 'sold' the TUI branding, thinking this was who we were dealign with, but you're not actually. I was also annoyed that they took the 300 euro deposit from my credit card but refunded it to my bank, meaning I paid two lots of bank fees to exchange the currency, which cost me about £20.

“A beautifully maintained property, very clean and avery well appointed. The pool is wonderful as it is the location. Lovely views of the beach and ocean. The house is exactly as represented in the photos, even better actually. All sheets and towels are included. It is in a lovely quiet neighborhood just steps away from a beautiful, not too crowded sand beach with very good snorkelling. We will definitley come again.”

“Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben reichlich Geschirr und Gläser vorgefunden. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das gesamte Grundstück machte einen sehr ordentlichen Eindruck. Der Pool war sauber und es waren Liegen und bequeme Stühle vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick vom gesamten Grundstück auf das Meer und die Bucht bleiben unvergessen! Durch die Hanglage hat man natürlich einige Treppenstufen zu überwinden. Dies trübte unseren Urlaub aber überhaupt nicht. Die Besitzerin des Hauses war sehr freundlich und wir haben zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wasser, Wein und Tapas bekommen. Ein rundum toller Urlaub!!!”
