The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house built in 2000, was renovated in 2023 and is furnished in a typical country style. Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location at the water the domicile is popular. For use, the following are available: barbecue facilities and terrace. Storage room for sports equipment. Motorboat on request for use (without fuel).

The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The holiday apartments DAL ZAD 001 (2 persons) and DAL ZAD 002 (2 persons) are in the same house. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 20 m). Parking (for 20 cars) is available on the property.
