Thanks to a renovation of an ancient palace were born "Belvedere Apartments", located in the central Corso Mattarella in Castellammare del Golfo, opposite the Town Hall and at only a hundred meters far from the sea. The apartments are elegantly furnished, are the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday or a comfortable business trip, have independent entrance, air conditioning, safe, LCD TV, bathroom with shower and kitchen equipped with all comforts. In conclusion, handmade ceramics, paintings, decorations, hand-finished curtains, antique furniture, kitchen, all comforts, that's why we define our apartments, houses author. A short walk from the apartments you can find the main monuments, bars, restaurants, taverns, wine bars, banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, shops e. .... the colorful 'Cala Marina' where every morning the fishermen sell cheap price of fresh fish.

    “Casa in centro di Castellammare del Golfo, comoda e con diversi negozi vicini.
    La casa e dotata di parcheggio privato a 200 m di distanza, molto comodo.
    La casa è molto bella e completa di tutto compreso fornetto elettrico, forno microonde, tv, Wi-Fi che funziona molto bene Positiv: Accoglienza da parte del proprietario eccellente, sua disponibilità durante tutta la vacanza pure Negativ: Difficile trovare qualcosa Ausflüge: Giro in catamarano con Penelope - Visita dal mare della costa fino alla riserva dello Zingaro con due soste per fare il bagno e merenda in barca”

    “Schöne Stadtwohnung in sehr zentraler Lage, dennoch recht ruhig. Hübsch eingerichtet und ausreichend ausgestattet fehlt nur ein bequemes Sofa o.ä. Parken ist schwierig. Am besten die 15 Tage Parkkarte aus dem Automaten für 15 €, damit darf man ALLE blauen Parkplätze benutzen (gilt auch am Strand!!). Auf Mülltrennung wird strikt geachtet, was bedeutet, dass der getrennte Müll je nach Tag zwischen 6 und 8 Uhr morgens vor die Tür gebracht werden muss. Bei einigen Abfällen (Glas, Kunststoff, Metall) übernimmt das auch der Vermieter wegen der Abholzeiten tagsüber.”

    “Es ist eine sehr schöne, geschmackvoll sanierte und sehr saubere Wohnung in der Altstadt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine perfekte Dachterrasse mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf den Hafen. Würden sofort wieder buchen.”
