Two holiday apartments with a balcony, a wonderful sea view and a garden, just a stone’s throw from the beach


The two holiday apartments for three or six people, with separate entrances, are on the first floor of the house. The ground floor is occupied by the owner. Owing to the location near the sea and the beach, the terrace and the balconies afford wonderful views of the bay and the Mediterranean Sea. It is ideal for couples of families who would like to spend a relaxing seaside holiday away from the hustle and bustle of town.

The house has a large, shared courtyard, planted with plenty of greenery and flowers. In the adjoining garden you can relax and enjoy the sun. Deckchairs are provided. There is an outdoor shower to cool off on hot days. On the large shared terrace with a sea view there is also a brick-built barbecue for summer grill evenings, with seating right next to it. There are free parking spaces right in front of the house.

Pets and the use of the air conditioning incur extra charges. Use of the boat mooring, just 60 metres from the property, also incurs a supplementary charge (please request details). The owner can also arrange boat trips to the nearby islands on request. On arrival, you are greeted with a welcome drink.

It is only a stone’s throw from the sea and the beach. Those interested in agricultural tourism can visit the nearby olive groves and vineyards and buy olive oil and wine there.

Holiday apartment for three people with its own balcony

This 50m² apartment can accommodate three people. It has a living room-kitchen with a corner bench, table and kitchen unit, equipped with a hob, toaster, fridge and coffee machine. The bedroom has a double bed, a sofa bed and a TV, as well as a small table with two chairs. The bathroom provides a shower, WC and bidet.

The furnished balcony belonging to the apartment faces north-west and offers a lovely view oft he sea.

    “Toller Ausblick, Tolles Meer, freundliche Gastgeber. Die Ausstattung ein wenig veraltet, aber für uns nichts schlimmes. Dadurch das die Küche getrennt von der Wohnung ist(über den Flur) ist das kochen/Aufenthalt bei der Hitze schwierig, Klimaanlage nur in der Wohnung. Die Ortschaft ist sehr abgelegen, ist auch nicht für jeden, uns hats aber gefallen. 2 Min. bis zum Strand/Wasser, für Sonnenanbeter mag der Strand klein sein, aber wer zum schwimmen da ist der bekommt ein sehr sauberes, stilles Wasser, ideal zum entspannen.Alles in einem ein schöner Urlaub. Danke.”
