Spacious villa with a pool and an extensive plot of land in a wonderful natural landscape
The villa is in Grdoselo in the Pazin region in Istria. It is surrounded by the green hills and forested meadows of the Istrian landscape. It looks out over the panorama of the Pazin valley, the Butonega river gorge and its waterfall.
The villa consists of two units totalling 270m² on a 2000m² estate with a 40,000m² plot of land. The house is light and was built with regional materials and traditional architecture. The interior is stylish, with furniture handmade out of walnut wood. The first unit is on two floors. The lower floor has a spacious living room looking out over the pool and Butoniga Lake, with a fireplace, an LCD TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully-equipped and there is a dining space for six people. On this floor there is also a toilet. The upper floor has two bedrooms with double beds and single beds, air conditioning and an LCD TV with satellite channels. The big bathroom provides a whirlpool bath for two people, as well as a shower and a toilet. The second unit is also on two floors. The ground floor has a living room with air conditioning and an LCD TV. The kitchen is fully-equipped and there is a dining space for six people. The bathroom has a whirlpool bath for two people. The upper floor has two bedrooms with double beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet and there is a second separate toilet. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the house and a games console and a DVD player are provided.
The lower floor of the first unit opens onto a small terrace, which is sheltered from the sun. The ground floor of the second unit provides access to the pool. The pool area has a dining space with a table for twelve people, a barbecue and deckchairs. The site provides plenty of space to relax or for children to play. It is largely fenced and there are olive trees distributed across the site. Seven parking spaces are provided.
The Villa has a own playground where children can enjoy playing soccer, volleyball, badminton, soft baseball, waggle on swings..etc
The locality, which is rich in history, offers a lot of culture and gastronomic specialities, with traditional cuisine and Istrian wine from the region. The beaches and old cafés in Opatija and the island of Cres are within easy access. Around Zelengrad, a medieval ruin from the year 1102, there are hiking and mountain biking trails. Pazin and the Pazin cave are among the places of interest nearby, as well as the Lim Fjord. Other places of cultural interest can be seen in Porec, Rovinj, Pula and the Brijuni Islands, which are within half an hour.
