Chalet very close to the ski piste, with an open view of the alpine surroundings, with a sauna, an ideal starting point for skiing or for romantic winter walks
The chalet is in the lovely family ski resort of Klippitztörl, a snow-covered insider tip. It is just 50 metres from the edge of the piste, on a slope, with an extensive open view and direct access on skis.
The ground floor has a cosy kitchen-living room with an electric and wood-fired stove (each with an oven), a fridge and freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, tableware and cookware. The lounge area has a big dining table, a sofa, satellite TV, a CD player and radio. The ground floor also has an entrance area, a bathroom with a shower, a separate WC and a sauna (electric). Wooden stairs lead to the upper floor, which has two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds. The chalet is heated with the wood-burning stove in the kitchen. All rooms also have electric radiators.
The fenced outdoor area included an annex which is used for wood storage and as a storage space for skiing equipment.
As the chalet is not accessible by car in winter, transport for people and luggage is provided by skidoo (five to seven minutes). Please note that this is a non-smoking chalet. Do not forget snow chains. The chalet is only rented out in winter during the period of cable car operation at Klippitztörl.
Gently slopes and steep pistes provide variety every day. The snowy landscape also invites you to go on romantic winter walks. The nearest shops are about 10km away.
