This beautiful townhouse is located near the city of Buje, which is known for its excellent olive oil as well as the cycling path, Parenzana. The house is spread over the ground floor and the first floor and is ideal for several families or friends who want to spend the holiday together, yet seeking privacy. The kitchen and living room are located on the ground floor. The living room has a glass wall through which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the countryside. The living area leads to the covered terrace. All rooms are equipped with simple and modern furnishings. The house and the adjoining cottages have access to a private enclosed garden. The large outdoor pool is located on a separate plot and is shared among the guests of all three houses. There are two parking slots on the property. The city of Porec, where beautiful beaches, good restaurants and many interesting events await you, is worth a visit. The region offers ideal conditions for cycling. You can also visit the very interesting Baredine Cave. Do explore the small, medieval towns in the area such as Motovun, which hosts the annual international film festival in late July or Hum, which is considered to be the smallest town in the world. Drive along the wine route and taste the delicious, locally produced wines as well as the delicious smoked ham, gammon and truffle offered in many taverns.
