The houses also share entrance to the property, basketball court and a grass surface for badminton, volleyball, football and a playground. Still, they are at a sufficient distance from one another and sheltered by greenery for their own privacy, and are suitable for the stay of two larger families or groups of friends.The interior of the house is harmoniously and stylishly furnished and as such it is perfect for pleasant and relaxing holiday. The house is surrounded by greenery. In front of it there is a covered terrace where guests can unwind in the shade or socialize with their loved ones. For getting refreshed on hot summer days, there is a swimming pool. At guests’ disposal there are two courts, one with special flooring for basketball and a grassy one which can be used for playing badminton, volleyball or mini football. The place Kunj, where the unit is located, is situated only 8 km away from Labin, so make sure to visit this picturesque small town during your stay. It will delight you with numerous cultural and historical attractions, art galleries and exhibitions. Labin is well-known for its artistic spirit. On the other side there is the small fishing place Trget, where you can purchase fresh fish from local fishermen or enjoy sea food delicacies in the local restaurant.
