Charming holiday apartment in a prime location for a relaxing holiday
This holiday apartment was renovated in 2010 and is in a former farmhouse built in 1900, to the south-west of Bordeaux. It has its own entrance and a private section of garden. It borders another holiday apartment, like a row house.
The ground-level holiday apartment has a central living room with a dining table adn a small TV (satellite channels), separate from the kitchen by a curtain, which is equipped with a gas stove, fridge, mini oven and coffee machine for self-catering. To the left of the kitchen there are the two bedrooms, of which one has two single beds and the other has a double bed. The shower room has a narrow shower with a shower curtain, a washbasin and a WC.
In front of the house you have access to a roofed veranda, with seating for relaxing with a view of the garden. The same house also has a studio and another apartment. There are two mobile homes and another little house on the 3000m² site. The owners’ little dogs, cats and a peacock run around the garden freely.
The apartment is part of a property with a variety of holiday accommodation (atraveo nos. 660432, 660454 and 661615). They can be booked together, so that family and friends can spend a holiday together.
The house is very quietly situated. The town centre is two kilometres away, with a range of shops and two big supermarkets. You can also find restaurants, a weekly market, pharmacies and doctors. The sandy beaches by the lake are 4km away, where children can also swim in the warm, flatly shelved water. There is another beautiful lake 10km away and it is 18km to the 110-kilometre-long sandy beach on the Atlantic coast, where you can also ride the waves. Parentis is in a very beautiful holiday region. It is no longer a secret, but this area has fewer visitors and is therefore quieter than the Mediterranean.
