Pleasantly and practically furnished vacation home is located in the quiet village Kozino and is ideal for a relaxing vacation. The vacation home consists of three separate living units, which are connected by interior stairs. On the first floor there is a tavern and another bathroom. The covered terrace by the pool is also wonderful. The units are suitable for more families who want to spend their vacation together, but still guard your privacy. On hot summer days you can refresh yourself in the pool while the children play in the garden. In just a few minutes walk you can reach the bathing beach surrounded by pine trees. Nearby are the tourist resorts of Pinija and Zaton.

    “Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Haus ist allerdings deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und müsste dringend saniert werden. Schon bei Übernahme der Wohnung am ersten Tag hatten wir in einer Wohnung im 2. OG einen Wasserrohrbruch (vom Vormieter). Im 1. OG war daraufhin die ganzen 2 Wochen ein starker modrig/fauliger Geruch wahrnehmbar. Installateur war mehrfach vor Ort. Die Klimaanlage im süd-östlichen Apartment im 2. OG funktionierte nur sehr eingeschränkt. Trotz mehrmaliger Info an die Vermieter konnte dies nicht repariert werden (weil der Kompressor außen ganztags der prallen Sonne ausgesetzt ist). Generell waren die Vermieter - sehr bemüht und freundlich - beinahe täglich am Objekt um irgendwelche kleineren Reparaturen vor zu nehmen. Dass der Pool unglaublich hoch gechlort war, ist wohl den hohen Temperaturen geschuldet. Diese Überdosierung ist allerdings nicht nötig!” “Die Lage ist sehr gut.
