These Residence is set in one of the most beautiful scenic areas of the park of Upper Garda in the Brescia area, in the midst of verdant olive groves. It can be easily reached by a handy and enchanting panoramic road which winds up from the lake side on the Tignalese highlands (500 m. above sea level).

There are 30 apartments (2- and 3- room apartments) modernly furnished and have fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, necessary equipment, TV Sat, safe, balconies furnished with table and chairs. Reception, restaurant-pizzeria, indoor heated swimming pool (6 x 12 m), sun terrace with loungers and parasols. For younger guests: outside pool (4 x 12 m), playground, games room, table tennis, table football. Equipped fitness room. Bread service in the morning. Washing machine, wi-fi for a fee. Private parking. Residence guests receive a discount at the Pizzeria-Restaurant "Ruculi" and in the restaurant "Al Terrazzo." It is our wish to garantee maximum tranquility and comfort, creating a functional, familiar and welcoming environment.

The Residence is situated in Oldesio, hamlet of Tignale and about 1 Km from Gardola (the centre of Tignale), easy to reach by feet or car and about 6 km from the beach.

    “Tolle Lage. Für 4 Personen ideal. Für 6 wäre es mir zu eng. Wichtig zu wissen, dass nur 4 Kochplatten vorhanden sind, kein Backrohr. Die Kücheneinrichtung war insgesamt eher spartanisch, wer also viel selbst kochen möchte sollte sich Utensilien mitbringen. Es gibt auch keinen Toaster. Pool war ganz prima, Spielraum für die Kinder auch gut und sauber. Und tolles Panorama!”

    “Die Zimmer sind nicht klimatisiert, es waren 41 Grad als wir ankamen. Die Möbeln sind sehr alt und dementsprechend abgenutzt. Unser Bett quietschte furchbar.     “Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung für 6 Personen. Diese war mit Blick auf den Gardasee und wirklich toll! Die Couch in der Wohnung war leider etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Polster sind ständig runtergekippt beim drauf sitzen. Aber alles in Allem war es eine tolle Wohnung ! Der Blick ein Traum. Balkonmöbel waren alle top ! Leider war die Wohnung sehr laut. Das Restaurant ist direkt unterhalb des Balkones. Auch unsere Nachbarn waren unglaublich laut. Da kann aber das Objekt nichts dafür. Wir kommen definitiv wieder !!!! Sehr freundliches Personal !!!”

    “Top Lage mit klasse Blick auf den Gardasee. Sauber und gepflegte Wohnung mit Zugang zum Balkon von jedem Zimmer aus. Freundlicher und sehr zuvorkommender Service sowohl bei der An- und Abreise wie auch während des Urlaubes. Restaurant sauber und mit einer guten Küche und freundlichem Personal. Schwimmbad sowohl Außen als auch Innen immer wieder gerne genutzt.”
