Apartments on a holiday complex in Torre Mozza by the Marina di Ugento and just 110-130 metres from the sandy beach and the town centre. The beaches in this area have white sand and the seaside has flatly shelved beaches, so they are also suitable for children.

The complex consists of three parts: Garden, Resort and Club. All the apartments have a cooking corner with an oven and everything needed for cooking. The bathroom has a shower and WC. Air conditioning and a TV are provided.

The complex offers various washing options, such as a communal washing machine. The parking area is not locked, but it is video monitored and free for guests. Electricity usage for the air conditioning is included in the price for up to 75kwh per week and per person. The Garden apartments are 120 metres from the beach, the Resort apartments about 130 metres from the beach.

There is no entertainment programme on site, but various sports and cultural activities are on offer.

In the immediate vicinity you can find a bar, grocery shop, kiosk and other shops. There are a pharmacy and a doctor four kilometres away. The sandy beaches with their crystal clear water are among the most beautiful in the Salento region and are within easy walking distance. About 300 metres away there is the serviced beach with a range of well-priced options.

    “Die relativ kleine Wohnung verfügt über zwei separate Schlafzimmer mit je zwei Schlafmöglichkeiten, einem Badezimmer, einer Küche mit Essplatz und einem Balkon.
    Die Wohnung ist sauber und mit dem Nötigsten eingerichtet. Prinzipiell ist die Wohnung ausreichend, jedoch haben wir ein Sofa vermisst, auf dem man sich am Abend mal gemütlich zusammen setzen kann. Zur Sitzmöglichkeit dienen lediglich die Küchen- oder Balkonstühle.

    Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist ganz nett. Man schaut über die Dächer und kann etwas das Meer sehen. Andere Wohnungen haben den Blick zur anderen Seite, dort sieht man nur trockenes Land.

    Was uns an der Wohnung nicht gefallen hat ist zum Einen die Dusche, da sie sehr klein ist und das Wasser nur mässig aus der Brause fliesst. Zum Anderen fanden wir die Klimaanlage etwas fehlplatziert. Sie kühlt zwar die Küche, jedoch weniger die Schlafräume.

    Das Personal auf dem Gelände ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

    Direkt auf der anderen Strassenseite befindet sich ein grosser Parkplatz, wo man gebührenfrei parkieren kann.

    Von der Lage her ist die Wohnung super. Gerade mal 100m zu Fuss bis zu einem der schönsten Strände der Gegend und bis zum Ortszentrum.”

About the accommodation in a three-rooms apartment for 4 people there is not present a couch in the living room but just in the three-rooms apartment for 5 people, you should’ve asked us in the moment of the reservation in order to satisfy your needs. While about the problem of running water, in a period of strong flow of people such as the months of July and August sometimes you may experience decreases of water, unfortunately this is an issues throughout the Puglia’s region not only at that place . Anyway, despite these minor inconveniences, we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again as our guests at the Rivamare Residence.
