    “Das Haus und das Grundstück sind sehr geräumig und gepflegt. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, spricht aber nur Spanisch. Die Ausstattung ist zeitgemäß, modern und zweckmäßig u.a. Waschmaschine, große Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Ofen/Herd, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Grill, Wasserkocher.
    WLAN und SAT-TV in deutscher Sprache vorhanden.
    Die 2 Tageslichtbadezimmer sind geräumig, eines mit Dusche das Andere mit Wanne.
    Der Pool misst etwa 3x7 Meter und ist am Ende ca. 1,80m tief.
    Außerdem gibt es auf dem Grundstück 6 Liegestühle und einen Tisch mit Stühlen um draußen zu essen.”

    “Das Ferienhaus mit Garten und Pool ist sehr sauber, hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ausgezeichnet. Man braucht auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen. Ansonsten ist es sehr zentral gelegen. Da das Ferienhaus am Ortsrand an einer Straße liegt, ist es früh etwas lauter. Daher einen Punkt Abzug.”

    “Ein super tolles Haus. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Garten ist schön angelegt mit einem tollen Pool. Natürlich brauch man ein Auto weil Porreres im Landesinneren liegt. Aber genau das wollten wir um verschiedene Strände anzufahren (Es Trenc,20 km) und sonstige Sehenswürdigkeiten (Palma,30 km-Alcudia,50 km-Valldemossa,60 km). Ein Supermarkt war nicht weit weg (1 km),gegessen haben wir einmal in Porreres im Zentrum im Es Centro,war auch sehr lecker.Gegenüber war eine Bar (30 m),auch sehr nett um etwas zu trinken..Das Haus war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet,die Küche hatte alles was man brauch auch die zwei Bäder waren Klasse. Kurzum wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Wir wollten nicht mehr weg.”
