Holiday home in the historic village of Croce di Sarna, near Arezzo. The house is located in a quiet and panoramic position. In addition to the kitchen in the main building, a pool-side kitchen is also available to guests, ideal for preparing and enjoying delicious meals outside. Recommended excursions: Arezzo with its beautiful historic center and Piazza Grande, home to an interesting antiques market every first weekend of the month, and the frescoes by Piero della Francesca in the Church of San Francesco; the Casentino natural park; an excursion to the beautiful Lake Trasimeno in Umbria, with its equipped beaches and romantic islands.

    “Super schönes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus
    toller Pool, genug Platz für 8-10 Personen um den Pool herum (hat aber nur 5 Liegestühle)
    gedeckte Veranda mit einer abgeschlossenen Poolküche: super
    abgelegen: man braucht unbedingt ein Auto (ca.15min Fahrt mit dem Auto zum nächsten Supermarkt), dafür aber sehr ruhig gelegen mit fantastischem Ausblick auf die toskanische Landschaft
    sehr nette Familie, welche das Haus betreut (nur ein Familienmitglied spricht English)”

    “Sehr schönes geräumiges Haus mit tollem Pool und Gartenanlage zur alleinigen Nutzung. Zudem sehr sauber und gepflegt! Die Vermieter sind auch sehr freundlich. Das Haus liegt sehr abgelegen und ruhig, ein idealer Platz, um mal so richtig abzuschalten. Einziger Wermutstropfen, die Betten sind Steinhart und unbequem. Wenn hier der Vermieter noch mal investiert, dann wäre es perfekt.”

    “Super gepflegtes Haus mit vielen gemütlichen Schlafzimmern, jedes verfügt über ein Bad mit Dusche und WC, im Erdgeschoss befindet sich noch ein separates Bad mit Badewanne, WC und Waschmaschine! Der Pool ist sehr neuwertig, das Grundstück schön angelegt, im Aussenbereich befindet sich eine 2. Küche. Alles in allem einfach nur empfehlenswert.”
