This beautiful house is situated on the northern end of Frederikshavn. The house is located in the palm city estate, which is built close to the popular Palm Beach. The sandy beach is very fine and well furnished. The house is one of the outer most houses and hence close to the water. The living room and the kitchen on the first floor offer a view of the sea. You can also enjoy the view of water from the large terrace. There is a pedestrian zone with nice cafes and restaurants in Frederikshavn. The marina, golf course and an indoor amusement park for children are located only a short drive away from the house. Skagen is also not far from this house. You can expect some construction activities and hence a little bit of noise around the home.
