Holiday apartment with a private terrace, not far from the beach

The 90m² holiday apartment is on the lower floor of a holiday house with two holiday apartments on a 500m² site next to a birch grove.

The newly renovated and modernised holiday apartment has a big open kitchen and living room with direct access to the terrace, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a hallway. The open kitchen and living room has a dining corner and a sofa corner with a big satellite TV, a DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and each with a wardrobe. The bathroom has a big shower.

Outside there is a terrace with a grill corner. There is a parking space for your car. Pets are allowed upon explicit request.

The apartment is only about 250 metres from the sandy beach. There are local shops, restaurants, cafés, as well as bicycle hire facilities.

    “Super Wohnung.Komplett ausgestattet.Wir kommen gern wieder. Positiv: Sehr schöne großläufige Wohnung.Top Küche und Terasse zum grillen. Negativ: Nur als Empfehlung-kleines Radio wäre nicht schlecht. Restaurant: Strandhaus Orange Blue - schönes Ambiente,leckere Pizzen,freundliche Bedienung, Ausflüge: Dändorf - kleines malerisches Dorf mit Hafen,mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen,”

    “Sehr schöne 90m2 große Wohnung. Mit Terrasse und Garten. Sauber, gepflegt, sehr guter Ausstattung. Regelmäßige Betreuung des Hauses durch einen Verwalter. Dieses Haus hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Kinder waren auch begeistert. Nur250 m bis zum Strand. Der Wald direkt am Grundstück angrenzend.”
