This modern, luxurious, detached five-star bungalow for six people in Heidehoek in Ballum is near the beach and right next to the nature reserve – de Jan Riepesheide, in the quiet Roosduinen holiday park. Ballum is the most beautiful and smallest village on Ameland with only around 370 inhabitants and a couple of monuments.
The bungalow provides 120m² of living space comprising several rooms. It has a living room with a fireplace, an Internet flatscreen TV (Smart TV), home cinema set and comfortable furniture. Wi-Fi is available indoors and outdoors. There are three bedrooms each with two single boy spring beds and plenty of cupboards. Each bedroom has its own washbasin with a mirror. Two of the three bedrooms have a flatscreen TV. One of the bedrooms also has a children’s bed and highchair. The cosy living room receives plenty of (sun) light through the big windows and sliding doors to the terrace on the south side. The open kitchen looks out at the beautiful garden and the surroundings. It is equipped with modern appliances such as an oven, microwave with a grill function, gas stove, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and a large fridge. The dining room has a big dining table with six chairs and a bench. There are board games for all ages in the living room cupboard. The bungalow has good lighting with a dimmer function. The bathroom boasts a walk-in shower and an infrared sauna, as well as plenty of bathroom furniture. The toilet is separate. The laundry room provides a freezer, washing machine, dryer and clothes stand.
The garden on the front side of the bungalow includes a terrace on the south side, so you can sit in the sun all day sheltered from the wind. The big terrace has a large garden table with six adjustable garden chairs. A grill is available. The lawn in front of the bungalow measures around 600m² and is suitable for running around and playing football. A parking space is available.
A men’s bicycle, ladies’ bicycle, bicycle child seat and outdoor toys are available.The bungalow is on the edge of the Roosduinen holiday park. In the high season, May and autumn holidays there is an entertainment team for all ages with a varied programme. It is about a three-minute walk to an outdoor pool and trampoline. There is a playground nearby. If you do not arrive by car, it is no problem as there is a bus stop within easy walking distance.
De Heidehoek offers everything you need during your stay. In the house you can enjoy luxury and comfort, while outside you can find plenty of space, peace and quiet and nature. If you are in luck, you will see rabbits, pheasants and even deer sometimes in the garden. In winter you can relax by the fireplace. In summer, it is not far by bicycle to the beach, the riding hall or the cosy little village Ballum. Enjoy the open view. It is next to the forest and nature reserve and close to the North Sea beach.
