Duplex attic flat with a roof terrace and a garden in a unique neighbourhood

This south facing property is located in the desirable Heliopolis neighbourhood in Seville. The quiet neighbourhood is home to many detached chalets and the streets are lined with orange trees.

The apartment, which has a separate entrance is on the top two levels of the residential building and accommodates up to seven people. The living/dining room with the open plan kitchen is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table, a satellite flat screen television and a table and bar stools. The kitchen unit is furnished with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dish washer, a washing machine and a coffee maker. It boasts three bedrooms: one is furnished with three 90 x 200 cm single beds, one with a 140 x 200 cm double bed and one with a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm) and an extra bed (80 x 190 cm). Upon request, a high chair and an extra bed can be provided. The two bathrooms offer a shower, a sink and a toilet. Wi-Fi is available. All rooms are equipped heating; one bedroom is air conditioned.

The living room grants access to the roof terrace, furnished with a large dining table and chairs, a sun lounger, a barbecue and an awning. The property offers parking for two vehicles.

Upon request and at a fee, airport transfer can be arranged. Breakfast is supplied free of charge on the first day.

The nearest restaurant, bars and shops can be easily accessed on foot. It is 2.5 kilometres to the town centre. You can explore the area by bike, taxi or with public transport. It is about 10 km to the airport.
