Holiday apartment in a bungalow with a terrace and a garden, parking space and bicycle

The apartment is on the ground floor of a new building. The area is rural and quiet.

Outside you can find a terrace with seating furniture, as well as an outdoor shower. The house is surrounded by a large garden. The site is enclosed by a stone wall. A car parking space is provided, as well as a barbecue. A bicycle is available for use.

It can accommodate up to three people. There is a living and sleeping area, with a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for preparing meals, as well as a dining table with chairs. The bathroom has a shower and WC. The apartment has air conditioning.

Within a radius of 200-500 metres, and therefore within easy walking distance, there are cliffs with a small sandy bay. Sports activities, a water park, swimming pool, restaurant, pizzeria and supermarket are also nearby. In just five minutes by car you can get to large beaches with pine forests or the centre of Gallipoli. Brochures about the attractions are provided in the apartment, as well as addresses for car, boat and moped hire, hip restaurants and trips.

    “Top Lage zum Strand und Einkaufen. Kurzer Fahrweg zum Zentrum. Ausreichend Ausstattung zur Selbstversorgung für bis zu 3 Personen. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter.”

    “Schöner Neubau, zweckmäßig eingerichtet, etwas abgelegen, dafür ruhig und schön gelegen. Was fehlt: TV. Winzige Küche, sehr sparsam ausgestattet ("landesüblich"). Sehr sympathischer und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.”
