Holiday home with pool on a large property in unspoiled countryside

The old farmhouse of Es Rafal Nostro is located in the district of Son Valls in the municipality of Felanitx, in a quiet and sunny location in the countryside between the villages of Felanitx, Porreres, Villafranca and Manacor, where you can switch off from the stress and noise of the city and enjoy the fresh air and birdsong.

The farm is located on a 24000m² property and is maintained with typical walls in Majorcan style. It is spread over two floors, of which only the lower one is habitable. Two bedrooms of 16m² in size with a double bed, as well as a bedroom of 13m² in size with two single beds are available. These rooms are very bright and have direct access to the garden with a lawn. The next bedroom is located on the rise on a mezzanine floor (former barn) and offers two single beds, ideal as a children’s room. A bathroom in the house with a large shower and two washbasins as well as a outdoor bathroom with shower and crystal washbasin are available. In addition, there is a dining room with table and chairs for eight people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, tea kettle, coffee machine, kettle and also a rain water rinse. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace for those winter days and a wonderful living area including a TV with satellite reception, Internet, DVD and party games.

There is a grill/barbecue on the verandah, which it leads to the outdoor terrace with pool (4x8m & 1.2-1.7 m depth), which is surrounded by a meadow and fruit trees. Furthermore, there are eight sun loungers and a sunshade available, surrounded by cypress trees, and here there is also a grill/barbecue and a wood-burning oven for pizzas. In the outdoor area, there is also a laundry area with a washing machine and iron.

When arriving at the finca there is an automatic entry barrier followed by a dirt road of 200 metres up to the house with the parking area at the entrance. The land outside the house and outdoor facility can be treacherous, as there are loose tree branches, scrub and undergrowth as well as wild plant growth here.

A market takes place every Sunday in the town of Felanitx and every Monday in Manacor. There is a wide selection of shops and restaurants here.

    “Wir waren vom 07.07.-17.07.2019 zu 9. (4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder) in der Finca ES RAFAL NOSTRO gewesen und wir waren sehr zufrieden!
    Das Haus ist an sich etwas älter, aber sehr sauber und das das Pool neu. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir waren zufrieden.
    Wir hatten das Gefühl gehabt, wir waren alleine! Um das Haus herum nichts, nur Felder und das macht so viel aus! PERFEKTE Lage!
    Miguel kam direkt, wenn wir fragen hatten oder Wasser im Pool nachgefüllt werden sollte! Er kam auch sehr früh (an unserem Abreisetag)! Ein sehr freundlicher Mensch!!! Vielen Dank dafür!!!”

    “Es war wirklich ein toller Urlaub. Wir wurden sehr nett von Miquel empfangen und er war sehr zuverlässig und immer erreichbar. Das Haus ist in einem super Zustand und es mangelt an nichts. Egal ob Pool, Grill oder eine Menge Zitronen vom Baum :) Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und es gibt keine Nachbarn in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Dennoch ist es nicht weit nach Felantix zum Einkaufen oder ähnliches. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr aufjedenfall wieder, da alles rundum für Zufriedenheit und Erholung sorgt !

    “Tolle, ruhige, etwas abgelegene Finca. Gut ausgestattetes, geräumiges, mit Liebe eingerichtetes, landestypisches Haus in schöner Landschaft.
    Großzügige Außenanlage mit gepflegter Terrasse und Pool, viele Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten.
    Wir waren zu sechst (3 Paare) und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Den Außengrill haben wir oft genutzt. Es war einfach gemütlich, bis spät abends auf der überdachten Terrasse oder unter der Pergola zu sitzen. Zwischendurch haben wir die 3 Hühner gefüttert und täglich auf frische Eier gewartet :-)
    Gute Internetverbindung rund ums Haus.
    Von Miguel, dem Vermieter, wurden wir freundlich in Empfang genommen. Er war aufmerksam und immer erreichbar.”
