Luxury villa with a garden, a pool and a wonderful view

The villa lies in peaceful and quiet surroundings just outside the village of Kringa, a few minutes’ walk away. Kringa lies in central Istria, just five kilometres from the second largest village of the Tinjan municipality, the location of a building from the Iron Age, later a Roman fort.

There is a well-tended garden with plenty of natural shade and sunshine around the large pool, with a view over the village and the surrounding green nature. It also has a terrace with a dining area and grill and a children’s play area and table tennis table. A fenced parking ara for up to four cars is available.

This breathtaking luxury stone villa was built to the highest quality standards. All the living rooms and bedrooms have separate, direct access to the garden and pool area. On the ground floor there is a large, open living area, with a fully-equipped kitchen, living room and dining room. The spacious living room has a fireplace and an LCD TV with satellite reception. One bedroom is on the ground floor and the others are on the upper floor. All the bedrooms are very spacious and have an en-suite bathroom and separate air conditioning. Wireless Internet access is available.

The area is famous for its food and wine and there are many good restaurants in the area. The centre of Istria with hillside villages and the beautiful landscape is ideal for driving around, cycling and hiking. The Adriatic coast and the lively tourist town of Porec, as well as all the Istrian beaches or historical sights, are worth a visit and are easy to get to. A grocery shop, a bar and a restaurant are within walking distance. You can also buy groceries directly from local producers.
