The light-flooded vacation home on the edge of this enchanting mountain village impresses with its typical Mallorcan stone facade. Due to the hillside location, the entrance is on the 1st floor. There you will find the salon with a modern music and TV system, a dining area, the kitchen, as well as a bedroom with bathroom, a cozy terrace, the pool area and a small lawn. The emerald green infinity pool will simply delight you. On the first floor, are two more bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. One of the SZ stands out for its original concept.     “Wunderschönes Haus in absolut attraktiver Lage. Leider ist der Blick aus dem Pool ein wenig durch eine "Ruine" verbaut. Zusätzlich ist negativ anzumerken, dass die Terrasse bereits am Morgen voll in der Sonne steht und es keine Möglichkeit gibt, Schatten für ein Frühstück im Freien zu schaffen. Der Poolbereich bietet keinerlei Privatsphäre, da kürzlich eine Reihenhausanlage direkt dahinter errichtet wurde.

    Zusätzlich ist die Luft im gesamten Haus im Hochsommer eine Katastrophe. Eine Klimaanlage ist dringend notwendig.

    Ansonsten ist das Haus überdurchschnittlich sauber übergeben worden. Die Ausstattung ist traumhaft und auch die Vermieterin absolut warmherzig und sehr um das Wohlergehen der Gäste bemüht.

    Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in diesem Haus, würden es allerdings nur erneut buchen, wenn eine Klimaanlage verbaut würde.”

    “Wir hatten zu zweit einen super Urlaub und haben unsere Zeit in der Finca sehr genossen.
    + schönes Haus mit moderner Ausstattung
    + toller Ausblick vom Balkon
    + schöner Pool (war im Mai noch ein bisschen kalt, aber perfekt zum Aufwachen und Erfrischen)
    + zentrale Insellage der Finca für Ausflüge perfekt (nach Lluc ca. 20 Minuten, zum Wandern 30 Minuten und nach Palma ebenfalls 30 Minuten)
    - zu zweit war mehr als genug Platz. Für 8 Personen ist der Platz aus unserer Sicht eher knapp bemessen (3 Schlafzimmer, eine Schlafcouch im Zwischengang).
    - ein Zimmer hatte anscheinend mal einen Wasserschaden, was man bei Feuchtigkeit etwas riecht.

    zur Info: zu zweit haben wir für eine Woche 45 € an Nebenkosten bezahlt, die Vermieterin ist sehr nett (spricht etwas englisch), immer erreichbar und hat bei den Nebenkosten kräftig abgerundet.

    Insgesamt können wir die Finca auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.”
