This charming house, located in a privileged position, has beautiful views of the countryside and towards the pine-covered slopes that border the coastal town of Santa Eulalia (3km away) where you will find all kinds of shops, bars and restaurants.
It has a beautiful garden with grass, several lush palm trees, cactus and olive trees; Next to a large terrace there is an outdoor dining room. There is a hot tub on the lawn and a Balinese bed near the pool.
From the large terrace we access through glass doors to an open-plan living-dining room with a warm decoration and furnished with contrasting shades of brown and coffee-cream.
A large fully equipped kitchen, which has access to the pool area.
There are 3 bedrooms:
- Master bedroom with TV, en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub and exit to the pool area.
- Double bedroom with king size bed, TV and open bathroom with shower cubicle and closed toilet.
- Bedroom with 2 single beds that can be put together.
There is a toilet in the hallway.
There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living-dining room.
The last section of access to the town is along a dirt road.
The price includes basic mid-week cleaning and a complete cleaning every 7 nights, with change of sheets and towels.
