This charming holiday home is located in the hills about 5km above the small village of Capolona.
On the ground floor of the property is a large dining room with open fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen. The house has been renovated to a good standard and furnished in a traditional, rustic Italian style.
On the first floor of the property are three bedrooms and three bathrooms sleeping a total of 9 guests.
The spacious property guests will be able to enjoy, several seating, some of which are covered and a barbecue. There is also a nice free form swimming pool at the exclusive use of the guests staying in the property.
A quarter of an hour's drive will take you to the lovely city of Arezzo (15km.Other places of interest include the castles and villages of the Casentino and the nearby Arno Valley. In Capolona (5km) you will find supermarkets, bars and restaurants and do try the local cuisine of the Casentino!
Bed linen change during the course of the week can be arranged but will come at an additional cost.
