The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house built in 1995, was renovated in 2010 and is furnished in a functional style. Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny hillside location the domicile is popular. For your exclusive use, the following are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, campfire site and courtyard.

Vodice. The holiday apartement is located on a 500 sqm enclosed plot with flowers, bordered by a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 9 cars) is available on the property and in a parking lot in the village (guarded).

air conditioner, central heating, electric heating. Facilities: cot, internet access (WLAN), iron and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.
