This holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house near the town of Rijeka on one side and the town of Opatija on the other. The interior is functionally furnished for a comfortable stay. Enjoy the sea and the sun on the nearby beaches of Kostanj and Ploe. Near the apartment there is a city pool and a stadium. The proximity of the centre of Rijeka allows for a pleasant walk along Korzo, Rijeka's main artery. Here you can enjoy a coffee in the garden of one of the many cafés, go shopping or meet for business meetings. Nearby Opatija used to be a famous spa town and is now a popular wellness and health tourism centre for tourists from all over the world. Due to its mild and pleasant climate, a combination of coast and mountainous hinterland, it is an ideal holiday destination all year round. One of the sights that adorn it are houses and villas with interesting architecture from the Habsburg era. One of them is Villa Angiolini, which houses the Museum of Tourism. It is the centre of cultural events, including numerous concerts and festivals in the summer. You will definitely want to explore the diverse gastronomic offerings. This area is home to some of the most famous restaurants in Croatia. This is an ideal place for exploration enthusiasts. Fans of active holidays can look forward to numerous cycling and hiking trails that will take them into the surrounding forests. You can take day trips to the nearby islands or the national parks of Uka, Risnjak or Plitvice.

    “Alles perfekt, Wohnung sehr gut, tolle Terrasse und Garten. Die Angaben zum Strand, Einkauf und zumutbaren Restaurant waren nicht zutreffend! Das Objekt liegt nicht in Opatja sondern 2km entfernt, am Rand von Rijeka. Ohne Auto ist man auf geschmissen.     “Die Ausstattung der Wohnung hätte nicht viel besser sein können. Klimaanlage, Badewanne, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und sogar Waschmaschine. Die Lage ist ruhig, man hört keinen Verkehr und hat es nicht weit bis zu dem Strand. Die Wohnung war absolut sauber. Leider gab es ein kleines, beherrschbares Problem mit Ameisen. Die anderen Mieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Der Preis ist einfach super.”
