This private house is ideal for large families or groups of families, looking for peace and tranquility. It is composed of a main part and 2 studios with air conditioning and kitchen corner.
Outdoors you will find a large garden, a beautiful swimming pool with a perfectly equipped lounge area for sunbathing and relaxation.
The house is located a short distance from the Sibillini National Park, a natural wonder of the region, where there are many possibilities for different activities, such as hiking and trekking, horseback riding or mountain biking. If you wish to spend a day or two at the seaside, the Adriatic coast is at about 30 minutes’ drive, and there you can find some of the most beautiful beaches in the region, with fine sand and warm seawater. For the shopping lovers we highly recommend a visit to the many outlets of Montecosaro where you will find some of the best brands of Italian shoes.
The house consists of a main apartment with a living room and kitchen, a porch, equipped for outdoor dining, 2 double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom (with hydromassage shower), 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with a hydromassage shower.
Downstairs, there are 2 bedrooms with bathroom (with hydromassage shower), each with a private entrance and a kitchen corner.
The swimming pool and sun deck, equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, offer a wonderful view of the surrounding hills. Under the pool there is an outdoor bathroom for the convenience of the guests.
