The apartment is in a quiet setting providing a view towards the medieval village Breglia which is close to Menaggio.

The apartment was renovated in 2010 with consideration of the original forms and materials. The apartment offers a living room with fireplace and a completely equipped kitchen unit. There is also a sofa bed. In the bedroom there is a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and hair dryer. There is also a laundry room with washing machine, washbasin, iron and ironing board. The apartment also has a cellar.

The garden is directly in front of the living room with a table, chairs and loungers: perfect for a romantic breakfast. Enjoy the sunrise in front of the mountains!

On your arrival guests are provided with a range of information in different languages. There is a lot to waiting to be discovered like Lake Como and local hiking routes as well as unforgettable excursions on the lake. The apartment is the perfect starting point for exploring the Lakes of Como and Lugano. Hiking and trekking enthusiasts will very much enjoy it here as from Breglia one can access several hiking routes with varied levels of difficulty offering a splendid panorama. Some paths go through the forests and lead to vantage points, springs and other places of historical interest; some also take you to mountain tops from where you can look across mountain chains of the Alps and the three lakes. Only 400 metres away from the house along a picturesque way you will reach the famous spring water of "Chiarella“. A good restaurant – café is just 100 metres away from the apartment. The head chef Enzo offers traditional dishes and homemade sausage specialties.

    “Kleine Ferienwohnung perfekt für zwei Personen in einem 100 Jahre alten Haus,das komplett saniert wurde. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.Schöner kleiner und komplett eingezäunter Garten. Ideal für unsere Hunde. .Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat uns bei der Ankunft viele Tipps und Infos rund um Como gegeben.Das Dorf ist komplett Autofrei.Parken kann man auf einem Privatparkplatz ca 3 Gehminuten von der Ferienwohnung entfernt. Für kalten Abende steht ein Kaminofen und Holz zur Verfügung.”

    “Wir haben wunderschöne Tage und Nächte in der tollen Erdgeschoss-Ferienwohnung mit Garten verbracht. Morgens in die Berge, am Nachmittag an den See und abends haben wir Rotwein am Kaminfeuer getrunken. Unser Hund Lara, fühlte sich auch sehr wohl, besonders weil die Nachbarn alle sehr hundefreundlich sind.
    Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet genug Platz für zwei Personen mit Hund. Weiterhin sind die Einrichtungen funktionell und sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin ist äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)”
