Holiday house with a terrace and a garden, on a complex right by the embankment

The cosy A-framed house (non-smoking) for a maximum of 5 people is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac on the quiet Achtern Diek holiday house estate, with a lovely view of the surrounding pastures.

The living room on the ground floor opens onto the big, partially roofed terrace and into the adjoining, fully fenced garden. Cats are not allowed.

The upper floor has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, while a fifth person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. There is a little shower room on the ground floor, along with a separate WC and a small kitchen fully-equipped with a fridge, microwave and stove with an oven. The dormer built into the living room during the renovation work has created a light, separate dining space with plenty of room for dining and playing. A cot and a highchair, a child’s toilet seat and a footstool in the bathroom can be provided by the owner of this family-friendly house.

The estate is right by the North Sea embankment, so it is just a few minutes’ walk to the North Sea lagoon, the grassy beach at Burhave or the playing barn. The centre of Butjadingen-Burhave, with many restaurants and shops, is within easy access by bike or on foot. The proximity to the North Sea embankment makes it a good starting point for extensive walks or cycle tours along the Butjadingen coast. Just a few minutes’ walk from the house you can find a dog beach and a designated dog meadow behind the playing barn, where dogs can run around to their heart’s content.

    “Im Wohnzimmer und Küche hochwertige Möbel, Schlafzimmer beide Zumutung, durch Schräge des Daches, Treppe zu eng zu steil, nichts für ältere Menschen, wer da nicht drauf hinweist, ist unseriös. Dusche extrem glatte Fliesen, Bad und Duschraum ist durch Möbel/ Waschtisch unnötig eng gemacht worden. Toilette muss man sich zwischen Waschtisch und Heizung reinzwängen, dadurch war Toilettenbrille auch schon vom Vorgänger lose. Außerhalb des Hauses besonders unter der Terrassenabdeckung, sehr unsauber, viele Spinnweben und Scheiben des Terrassendaches extrem verschmutzt. Im Garten wachsen neben der Terrasse Kletten, freut Hundebesitzer, Rasen hat nichts mit Rasen zu tun, tut weh wenn man Barfuß läuft, dass Grundstück ist gut eingezäunt, aber das Zufahrtstor, ist absolut nicht Hunde geeignet, unten können kleine Hunde durchkommen, an der Seite nur 50 Cm jede große Hund bequem drüber kommen. Defekter Rauchmelder liegt im Wohnzimmer mit Hinweis vom Vormieter. Verwalter Ingerowski Stollenham, macht grausamen Eindruck und antwortet von 4 Mails nur 1x, zahlt auch keine Kaution zurück , trotz Mahn mail.
    Bei dem Verwalter und zumindest schlechten Außen Zustand, zu engen Bad und Dusch, steiler Treppe, Schlafzimmer, würde ich hier nicht mehr anreisen, wenn ich eine Woche umsonst Urlaub bekommen würde.”

    “Keinen Strand, Sand.
    Haus war nicht geeignet
    Treppe zu steil
    Mein Mann ist krank, kein WCoben. Mussten im Wohnzimmer Sofa schlafen.
    Rasen nicht gemäht. Hund, Mini. Konnte nicht raus.”

    “Ferienhaus: Sauber, gut und ausreichend eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht. Treppe nach oben sehr steil. Obergeschoss sehr eng, nix für große oder kräftig gebaute Menschen. Überdachte, windgeschützte Terrasse top! Leider keine Liegestühle. Garten gut eingezäunt. Torhöhe hat nur ca 70cm, nix bei springfreudigen Hunden.Dichte Bebauung im Ferienpark. In der Hochsaison könnte es dort laut sein. Butjadingen Hundetauglich: Strand hat leider überall (teilweise schmale) betonierte Wege, die manmit Radfahrern und Fussgängern teilt, nicht so schön. Hundewiesen /-strände: sicher eingezäunt, übersichtlich. Fazit: Haus war schön, Butjadingen brauchen wir aber nicht nochmal.”
