Apartment in La Laguna with Private Parking and Wonderful View

This house for four people consists of two bedrooms with a double bed or two single beds, a cosy living area with sofa, table and chairs, and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave and stove with two hotplates. The house has heating. A baby cot can be provided on request. For longer stays, there is a laundry service available. Satellite television is provided.

There is also a veranda in front of the house, from where you can have a wonderful view of the surrounding area.

shown to the sea of beautiful sunsets, with private footpath until the top of the Peak of the
Lazaros; At the top of the mountain is our small chapel of Santiago excavated in the rock and from
this height you can enjoy some spectacular landscapes on the town of Tegueste and Tejina, by the
ocean.
Natural place, in surroundings of vineyards and traditional agriculture, great wealth in flora and
native fauna. Very close to the Natural Park of Anaga with numerous hiking and walking trails and 3
km from the beaches of Bajamar and Punta del Hidalgo with 2 surf schools and kayak rides, natural
pools, and good fresh fish restaurants.

    “Sehr schöne Anlage, guter Ausgangspunkt für wunderbare Ausflüge Positiv: Wunderschöner, sehr gepflegter Garten Negativ: Eher hellhörig, Verteilung der Gäste auf die Häuser müsste besser organisiert werden, andauerndes Babygeschrei stört sehr.
    Wasserkocher und Teekanne fehlen, mehr Tassen, Gläser und Besteck wären fein.”

    “Een zeer rustige finca met mooi ingerichte huisjes en een schoon niet al te groot zwembad. (groot genoeg om even af te koelen)
    De kookgelegenheid in het huisje is beperkt, maar in de gezamenlijke ruimte is er een extra gasstel en er zijn diverse houtskool ovens/BBQ plaatsen op het terrein.
    Het terrein is veilig afgesloten door een schuif hek.
    De schoonmaakster (die ontving ons bij aankomst) sprak alleen spaans, maar dat geeft je wel een echt vakantie gevoel!”

    “Die Anlage liegt zwischen Tegueste, Tejina und Socorro und ist ein absolut empfehlenswerter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Anagagebirge und Orotavatal.
    Die Anlage selbst ist super gut gepflegt, die Wohnung sauber und mit allem Erforderlichen eingerichtet, die Ansprechpartner total freundlich. Es gibt nette Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen. Wegen der Jahreszeit und der kühleren Temperaturen am Abend konnten wir nicht alle Einrichtungen und Annehmlichkeiten nutzen. Aber auf jeden Fall würden wir uns wieder für die Anlage entscheiden und haben sie auch schon Freunden empfohlen.”

    “Besser kann man ein Mietobjekt kaum gestalten. Liebevoll eingerichtete Räume, ein top gepflegter Garten mit ggf. überdachtem Pool, Grillkamine außen und innen!!, immer frische Bananen von der Staude, Vermieter vor Ort ansprechbar und super nettes Personal (die Wohnung wurde sogar nach 3 Tagen "zwischengeputzt"). Auch die Anfahrt wurde ausgeschildert. Auf jeden Fall ein guter Tipp und weiter zu empfehlen!”
